Rich, Belgian, Callebeaut Chocolate

Chocolate Legacy provides Callebeaut Chocolate - the best Belgian chocolate available for use in the fountains. Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut is internationally recognized for producing the best chocolate throughout the world. Callebaut chocolate is made from the highest quality cocoa beans available. The chocolate used is made from cocoa beans roasted to exact specifications from the Callebaut factory located in Wieze, Belgium. Callebaut offers the freshest, highest quality of chocolate available - vegetable oils, animal fats, and artificial additives are not used in order to reduce costs or extend the shelf life of chocolate. One taste, and the difference between Callebaut and common chocolate becomes clear.

If you choose to provide your own chocolate for the fountain, you'll want to buy couverture chocolate. Coverture chocolate is a high quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter (32-39%). The higher percentage of cocoa butter, combined with the processing, gives the chocolate a creamy mellow flavor and allows the chocolate to flow through the fountain more elegantly.

Chocolate Legacy can even order specially-tinted chocolate to make your event that much more memorable. A typical event for 100-125 guests would use approximately 10-13 lbs of chocolate. For larger events, additional quantities may be purchased, figure an additional 5-6 lbs of chocolate per 100 guests. In addition, return any unmelted chocolate and Chocolate Legacy will only charge for actual chocolate used at your event. See pricing for more information.
